We hope you are delighted with your products, but we realise that occasionally, you may want to return item/s.

You can return unwanted products to us at Jolly Good Party, Bessborough Works, Unit 4.3, Molesey Road, West Molesey, Surrey. KT8 2QS within 14 days of receiving them.  We will refund the price you paid for the goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returning goods to us (unless they are damaged, faulty, or we sent an incorrect item). If you are returning only some of the goods in your original order, we will not refund the original delivery charge.

Your return request must meet the following conditions:-

  • Items must be in their original packaging, unused and in a condition that means we can sell them again as new. We inspect all returned items and we cannot refund you if your returned products cannot be re-sold e.g. battery safety tabs have been removed, packaging has been damaged.
  • We cannot be responsible for parcels that don’t reach us so please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office or your courier company - keep it until your refund has been processed.
  • Any refund will be made to the original payment method as soon as we receive your products and they have been approved for a refund. This is normally within 1 week of receiving your returned goods, but in any case, will be no longer than 14 days after receiving your goods.

 Items Which Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for the following (unless damaged or faulty).

  • Any product which has been personalised for you
  • Helium gas cylinders
  • Edible items
  • Ready filled party bags

If you are in any doubt, please call us on 0203 774 6388 and we’ll advise you. If you do return any of these items to us, we are unable to refund you. We will request a payment from you to re-deliver items back to you. If we do not receive a payment for re-delivery within 14 days, we will dispose of the items without any liability to you.

Missing, Incomplete or Incorrect Items

If your order has not arrived within the expected time or you were not sent all your items and did not receive prior notification of this, or we sent you an incorrect item, please let us know within 3 working days at or by calling 0203 774 6388.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

We take care to check products before dispatching, but if you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at or call 0203 774 6388 within 7 days and before sending anything back. For damaged items, it may be sufficient to send us a photo rather than returning the items, so please contact us first.  If the product is faulty, we will advise you by email of your refund within 14 days of receiving your product.  We will refund the price of the product in full. If you are returning an entire order, we will also refund your original delivery charge and your return postage. Note that we will not refund your original delivery charge if you are returning only part of the order.

Your Statutory Right to Cancel Your Contract

If you wish to cancel your entire order and return it to us under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please complete the Order Cancellation form which can be found here and email it to us at Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us if they have already been dispatched. Your cancelled order must meet the same conditions as for any returned product which are set out above.
