2. Accuracy and Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up-to-date, but there may be inaccuracies and omissions from time to time which we reserve the right to amend without notice.
We try to show and describe our products accurately though there may be minor variations. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is dependent on current technology and your screen resolution and settings.
3. Product Availability
All items, unless marked ‘out of stock’, are available to order. However, we may make occasional administrative errors or find that a product is damaged when it is being picked meaning we are not able to supply the item. Therefore, all items are subject to availability. We will let you know as soon as possible by email if the goods you have ordered are not available. We reserve the right to cancel your order or send your goods in a split consignment.
All prices are in British Pound Sterling (£) and include VAT at the current rate. You will also be charged a cost for delivery; the amount will depend on the delivery options available to your delivery address and the option you select. Your order could be eligible for free delivery under a promotion which will be highlighted on the site.
Despite best efforts to maintain accuracy, the price of a product may occasionally be incorrect. If it is lower than we stated, we’ll only charge you the lower amount and send you the product. If the correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions, or we will reject the order and let you know we have rejected the order.
After payment, your products will be dispatched to you. This constitutes fulfilment of our contract. If items are out of stock, damaged or become unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order or to dispatch split orders. Back orders will be sent when the goods are available but we will let you know if there is any issue with availability by email or phone.
Certain products have delivery restrictions that we must observe. Any restriction will be highlighted on the product page of the affected items. If you have selected a product which cannot be delivered to your area or country and our systems have not prevented the sale, we reserve the right to cancel your order, but we’ll be in touch first.
When you enter your delivery address details, you will be presented with any delivery options that are applicable to that address. We want your parcel to reach you in the time estimated but we shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise from not receiving the order on a specified day or within an estimated delivery period.
If you have chosen a delivery method whereby you have requested the parcel to be left in a designated safe place without a signature, Jolly Good Party will not be liable if the parcel is not received.
For particularly large consignments, we reserve the right to contact you with alternative delivery charges.

8. Uploading Material, Links and Reviews
Any material including, but not limited to, reviews, text, images, and video that you submit to us for publication on our website can be freely used and published by us in any media. Any material from you must be appropriate, descent and tasteful. It must not be illegal or unlawful, libellous or be in breach of racial or religious hatred or discrimination legislation or be offensive or abusive or promote any commercial activity.
You must not use any uploaded material to link to any website or page which would be in breach of our terms.
We reserve the right to edit or remove any reviews, material or links on our website.
9. Communications and Email
We may send you marketing communications which you have consented to receive and which we think may be of interest to you, by mail, email or other technology. You can opt out of this communication at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link contained in every email we send or by emailing us at email@example.com with the subject line ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’.
We hope you are delighted with your products, but we realise that occasionally, you may want to return item/s.
You can return unwanted products to us at Jolly Good Party, Bessborough Works, Unit 4.3, Molesey Road, West Molesey, Surrey. KT8 2QS within 14 days of receiving them. We will refund the price you paid for the goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returning goods to us (unless they are damaged, faulty, or we sent an incorrect item). If you are returning only some of the goods in your original order, we will not refund the original delivery charge.

11. Items Which Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for the following (unless damaged or faulty).
If you are in any doubt, please call us on 0203 774 6388 and we’ll advise you. If you do return any of these items to us, we are unable to refund you. We will request a payment from you to re-deliver items back to you. If we do not receive a payment for re-delivery within 14 days, we will dispose of the items without any liability to you.
12. Missing, Incomplete or Incorrect Items
If your order has not arrived within the expected time or you were not sent all your items and did not receive prior notification of this, or we sent you an incorrect item, please let us know within 3 working days at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 0203 774 6388.
13. Damaged or Faulty Goods
We take care to check products before dispatching, but if you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at email@example.com or call 0203 774 6388 within 7 days and before sending anything back. For damaged items, it may be sufficient to send us a photo rather than returning the items, so please contact us first. If the product is faulty, we will advise you by email of your refund within 14 days of receiving your product. We will refund the price of the product in full. If you are returning an entire order, we will also refund your original delivery charge and your return postage. Note that we will not refund your original delivery charge if you are returning only part of the order.
14. Your Statutory Right to Cancel Your Contract
If you wish to cancel your entire order and return it to us under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please complete the Order Cancellation form which can be found here and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us if they have already been dispatched. Your cancelled order must meet the conditions set out in Section 10 Returns.
15. Safety Notices
We accept no liability for any loss of profit or any indirect or consequential loss arising under the supply of goods to you under these terms and conditions. Our total liability to you howsoever arriving shall never exceed the price of the goods.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising from its use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
